Prints
Free standard shipping via Australia Post is included in the price for unframed prints delivered within Australia and Internationally. Should you require express shipping, insurance or signature on delivery there will be an additional charge. Please refer to the Postage Extras section below.
We only offer unframed prints for domestic and international orders.
Unframed prints will be rolled and packaged in a heavy duty cardboard art tube.
Your print will be delivered unframed. We do not offer a framing service at this time.
Each print comes with an additional 2.5cm/1 inch border around the image to assist you with framing. Print size is listed in the specific product page/s.

Original Oil Paintings
Shipping for original oil paintings will be via Australia Post, Express Post with Insurance, Signature on Delivery and is included in the price of the artwork.

Customs Duty and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that you may be liable for custom duties, taxes or other charges on the order within your own country. These costs are your responsibility.

Postage Extras - Prints
Express Postage
All domestic orders are dispatched via standard shipping. Should you require express shipping, insurance or signature upon delivery, there will be an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order.

Lead Times
Once your order is received we will endeavour to process your print or original oil painting within 3-5 business days. Delivery speed on domestic orders will be dependent on Australia Post but can usually be expected to take 2-4 business days within NSW and 3-6 business days to any other state. Longer delivery times may apply in rural and regional areas.
Delivery times for international orders will depend on the destination but 5-10 business days can be expected, possibly sooner for major cities.

Returns
PRINTS - Please choose carefully before ordering. As we print to order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange except in the case of faults in the printing of your item.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your print, please contact us.
OIL PAINTINGS - Again, please choose carefully before ordering because we do not offer refunds or exchanges with original paintings.
However, should the painting be damaged in transit please contact us.

Loss or Damage
In the event that your item has been lost or damaged in the course of delivery, Australia Post, will provide compensation up to AUD$100 and a refund of the postage cost.
You can also choose to purchase Extra Cover via Australia Post which provides compensation for loss or damage up to $5,000 ( with exclusions). The maximum that can be insured under Extra Cover is AUD$5,000.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up compensation claims with Australia Post. This can be done online or at your local post office.
